Recently I conducted a small WordPress site optimization plugins performance study. I’ve tried also W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, WP Widget Cache and Quick Cache, but didn’t seen such results, as 2 above. Also W3 Total Cache was not an easy task to configure.
Perhaps I’d consider WP Widget Cache when I’ll have many widgets, but right now it’s not needed probably.
Quick Cache ( A WP Super Cache Alternative ) has most beautiful interface 🙂 But I didn’t seen such good results, probably didn’t configured it properly.
I liked Hyper Cache and DB Cache Reloaded. They can be configured by any novice user, and had performed very good.
I also added WP Minify plugin to consolidate all my CSS and JS files. The site performing very fast now, hope it will persist.
Also other people reporting it’s a good combination.
